Spring 2017 Thursday morning Central Park walks

It was a cool and wet spring. Each week we seemed to alternate which of my walks, the Wednesday or the Thursday walk got rained on. Despite the weather we tallied 86 species. Among the best was a lovely male Bay-breasted Warbler on May 18 (part of a total of 19 species of warblers) and a female Orchard Oriole on May 4. The total list is below.
